As discussed at the community meetings, there is a lengthy environmental review process that is currently underway. The current phase of the environmental review process is focused on the completion of various environmental studies that will be included in a comprehensive Draft Environmental Impact Report.The Draft Environmental Impact Report for the proposed asphalt facility is expected to be released for public review by mid-2025.
